About Friday Prayer

We are offering Jummah prayer each Friday at 1:30 (the Sermon starts at 1:30 and prayer between 1:50 - 2:00).

NOTE: No parking in the adjacent empty lot next door to the masjid. Trucks will get stuck! Truck drivers can call the masjid and leave a message that they will be at the Truck Stop on Valley View and will need a ride to the masjid. It's less than a mile away.

The end of Ramadan is quickly approaching. ISNA has announced that Eid will be on Wednesday, April 10 Inshallah.
The Eid Prayer will begin promptly at 8:30am in the masjid. If it's a nice morning (not pouring rain like last year!) we might walk down to the park and pray outside.
Your Zakat ul Fitr is due before the prayers begin. This year the amount per family member is $12. There is a special small donation box (marked "Zakat ul Fitr ONLY") in which you can drop your zakat.

Following the prayer, we will enjoy a small potluck breakfast at the masjid. Please bring something to share with your brothers and sisters. It gets very crowded on Eid, so take advantage of our outdoor tables if the weather permits.
On Saturday, April 13, we will have an Eid Celebration at Ashland Middle School (100 Walker Ave), in the school gym (which is around the corner on East Main Street--look for a long driveway to the parking lot), This will begin at 12:00pm and will end at 2:00.

Prayers

We are only open for Jummah, Eid ul Adha, Eid ul Fitr, and nightly Taraweeh prayers during the month of Ramadan. We offer Jummah at 1:30 pm regardless of daylight saving time.

We are working hard to build and grow our community. For this very purpose, we offer potlucks (a meal or party to which each of the guests contributes a dish) every second Saturday of the month and each Saturday during Ramadan so that we are able to meet and get to know each other.
